The EAP will enable organisations to pilot the use of electric bikes to build a business case to influence a modal shift from the use of diesel and petrol vehicles, toward the utilisation of electric bikes. eCargo and eBikes provide practical business transportation and employers discover that e-Bikes are a practical option for commuting.

The programme  takes the form of a controlled test designed together to define outcomes to be achieved in a specified area. This will enable the business to justify the adoption of eBikes within the business based upon quantified improvements in:
  • Rider perceptions
  • Quantifying the reduction in C02 emissions data
  • Health and well-being metrics
  • Cost savings (transportation cost comparisons, car parking levy and charges)
  • Increase in commuting / service miles/shift
This has been performed with many organisations to optimise for example, police patrols, GP home visits, inter-office transportation, parking space reduction, staff mobility and meet environmental targets.

The EAP will culminate in a summary report detailing the key results that meet the envisaged objectives. This helps to justify the adoption of eBikes for: bike share fleets, business transportation, staff purchase schemes and long-term rentals.

Rental Partner Programme

An easy-access method for owners of visitor-rich business locations to increase their revenues by enhancing their core capability to offer e-bikes as a service.

Partners are equipped with high-quality bikes with models to suit their market.  They get display equipment, point-of-sale materials and access to online trading and information systems.  They also receive product & sales training and access to technical & sales support to provide the backup needed.  They are helped to build their own ride communities to get people out together in groups to share the experience.
