So as you may already be aware…we were broken into a couple of weeks ago, with eBikes stolen and some damaged. This made us feels sick to the stomach as we have put in a lot of hard work over the last two years since launching Ride Electric, and someone tries to spoil it all…
Well, we are much stronger than them and will continue to do what we do best, and that is to succeed. We have, however, had to make a few changes, but for the better.
We have tidied our HQ up, making more of a warm, beautiful showroom with more space. You can help yourself to coffee and all the brochures that are on display, asking us any questions on eBikes that you like.
Not many people know what we do and assume we are just a bike shop. We aren’t. We do things differently to all other traditional bicycle shops. Not only do we deliver the best possible customer service to our everyday customers, meaning you (the public), but we also engage, partner up and work with councils, businesses, business parks, health care trusts and delivery companies to provide solutions to them improving their carbon footprint, sustainability and changing the culture of commuters from the top down.
To help us build our partnerships, our HQ will be closed from 9-1 Mon to Friday, where we will only meet with you via an appointment only (see below for bookings). After 1pm and all day Saturday & Sundays, our door will be open for you just drop in and have a look around.
